DAY 1
ARRIVAL IN THESSALONIKI
Stay in Greece’s second largest city, once referred to as Madre de Israel due to its large Jewish population, who migrated there from Spain in the 1400s.
HALF DAY JEWISH HERITAGE & TASTING TOUR
An intriguing guided walk to the Monastirioton Synagogue and the beautiful Jewish Museum of Thessaloniki with its amazing collection of rare documents and items. Taste the wares of the traditional Modiano Market, which reflects the influence of the Jewish community in the commercial sector then pay a visit to the Jewish Cemetery and Memorial. DAY 2
FULL DAY PELLA & VERGINA PRIVATE TOUR
A private tour of Pella, capital of the Macedonian Kingdom and birthplace of Alexander the Great, with a stop at the Archaeological Museum to admire the gold, bronze and mosaic artefacts. Then on to Vergina where King Philip II was interred and the remains of the Macedonian Palace can still be seen.

DAY 3
PRIVATE WINE TOUR
Wine lovers will enjoy a private visit to a modern winery and have a walk through its vineyards on the slopes of Epanomi followed by an introduction to wine-making. The Domain’s unique museum hosts a unique collection of corkscrews, some dating back to the 18th century and the tour ends with some exceptional award-winning wine tasting.

Try some scuba diving at the Sea World Diving Centre at Sani Beach where certified PADI instructors will take you on an underwater adventure to ship wrecks and to meet the marine life. Suitable for all levels and ages, you can choose from a selection of courses like deep, multilevel or even night diving.
DAY 5
HALF DAY ROUTES
A luxury yacht awaits to take you on spectacular tours of the surrounding coastline and you can choose from a selection of cruises. The peninsula of Possidi to Nea Skioni allows you to spot the remains of an ancient sanctuary dedicated to Poseidon while the Potidea – Afitos route takes you through an emerald channel to a traditional village with amazing views of the Toroneos Gulf.
DAY 6
LEARN THE SECRETS OF BEEKEEPING
Delve into a sweet regional tradition and learn about beekeeping, which goes back more than 2,500 years. This unique tour takes you to observe the bees in their natural habitat with the beekeeper relating useful insights into the craft. Sample the delicious honey that is produced, full of the natural flavours of Halkidiki.
DAY 7
ENJOY A GUIDED RUN
Put on your trainers for an exhilarating jog with a fitness expert through the beautiful pine forests. The specially designated 5 kilometre route will allow you to discover the coastline and wildlife of the Kassandra Peninsula and leave you breathless in more ways than one.
OPTIONAL AFTERNOON EXCURSIONS
Enjoy a private tour of the Sani Wetlands which is home to more than 180 species of wild birds and embark on the short Bousoulas hiking trail with expert ornithologists to spot some of them. Alternately, visit the picturesque village of Afitos which is renowned for its traditional architecture and stone-built houses. Set on a hillside, it offers spectacular views of the turquoise sea below.
